I can't hear anything
Please check to make sure your speakers are turned on, your computer is not muted and your volume on your computer and on any external speakers are turned up.
The player says connecting but no sound plays
You are most likely being blocked by a firewall, please check with your IT department to make sure you can access les.streamguys.com and pianosolo.streamguys.net on port 80.
When I press play, the player disappears.
First try closing your browser completely and re-opening it. If flash player has encountered an error previously in this session that may fix the problem. If it disappears again after restarting you can try another browser or follow these steps:
- Reset your browser by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Reset - this will restore your browser to default settings
- Restart your browser and try this streaming test again.
The browser version above reports Internet Explorer 7 but I have Internet Explorer 9 or above.
Your browser is in compatibility mode, you can safely ignore the warning above. Internet Explorer 9 and above are supported.
